Brian, The problem goes a little deeper than Silzer, who - although he was no Dynamo - did at least manage to get the boat away from the dock before the "manipulators" dropped enough wrenches in the gearbox! Let me share my perspective with you. This will undoubtedly piss some people off - but at this juncture ANYONE who wants me gone can buy my ******* shares at my buy-in price; and I'm history! I forget which form it is that discloses who has all these damned "convertible-whatsits", warrants and other very dangerous financial instruments - that can be used to sink a company; but those named on it read like the roster of a south Bronx Synagogue. As a unofficial student of human nature, who formerly lived in south Florida (and NEVER had an opinion about groups until I lived there), it appears to me that there's a small, mailicious gaggle of manipulative SOB's who have gotten there hooks into AGTI. With sufficient wallet to make their play, they jump in the communal Fleetwood, drive down to the brokerage everyday (because they're too bored with life to do anything creative), light up some Cohiba's, and jerk the stock up and down with large shorts and 16:01 timed buys. I also sincerely believe that it's a "lark", on their part! They don't give a ****, they just enjoy doing it! If you think I'm hosed, just watch the play every day. For $+/-0.01, these ***holes can't be making any substantial money. Like most "spoilers", they just want to have some fun ****ing with everybody elses future. To me, this is as stupid as the jackass kids who throw rocks through the windows of a school I've helped design or build. They do it only because they can, or can get away with it; to hell with what it does to anybody or everybody else. Hey, I could be wrong (NOT), and you already know how to shut me up!! When I first got into AGTI, I did so because the technology was really slick; and I really believe (despite the MFManipulativeSOB Spoilers) that it will do well in the long haul. At this point, I will be OUT the moment it's practical for me to do so! Although there are a lot of really nice and dedicated inside people and investors involved (...I could kick myself because some of them are here because of MY BIG MOUTH...); there are just too many skum sucking pieces of flotsam making a real dedicated effort to mess this whole thing up! Rotten apple syndrome strikes again; in this case it's names appear to be Thoughtless, Ugly and Greed! It's really pathetic, but there are those who just can't be satisfied to participate and build something. They're just driven to get that "little bit more" - that really doesn't belong to them. Repeating the rule: Want to shut me up? - Buy me out! Alternative: let Tom do his damned job, without YOU MANIPULATIVE SOB's ******* with this company anymore! You know who you are - and I hope you kiss a Kenworth on your way home from the brokerage!
