Seems to be light volume and sellers are getting lousy prices. This
has to be a waiting game now. Anyone stepping in to unload any kind
of volume is going to get castrated. I know of a fair amount of
money that will buy in anytime it gets into the 15s. I cant believe
MCI is pushing ISLI for a termination. Somehow this should work out
ok. The unknown is what is unsettling.

PCSS, any comment on the Barron's "Research Reports" coverage of
ISLI by Avalon Research? You or FYI could have written something far
more stimulating than this piece of non-information. I dont know what
they charge but it has to be too much. You could pick this strategy
off a chart and just buy on exhaustion lows and go to sleep. Did not
do our cause any good.
