Attention Business Editors:

THERMO TECH(TM) WINS THIRD PARTY ENDORSEMENT OF ITS THERMO MASTER(TM) PLANT TECHNOLOGY FROM INDUSTRY EXPERTS

VANCOUVER, April 16 /CNW/ - Thermo Tech(TM) Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:
TTRIF) announced today that Dillon Consulting Limited, an independent
professional consulting firm, has concluded its comprehensive study of the
Company's Thermo Master(TM) technology and reported that the Thermo Master(TM)
process is a ''well proven operation for converting low value organic food and
sludge wastes into valuable end products.'' Their published findings also
verify the technical soundness of the recently completed engineering design
documents for the third generation of Thermo Master(TM) plants now under
construction and, perhaps more significantly, further validate the Company's
financial and profit projections for individual plant performance.
Ren Branconnier, President and CEO of Thermo Tech(TM) stated,
''Receiving Dillon's strong and positive endorsement of our technology simply
serves to further validate what we have maintained all along - Thermo
Tech(TM)'s proven technology is not only innovative, but it serves to profit
the environment, our customers, our Company and ultimately our loyal
shareholders.'' Wayne Hansen, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, added
''This engineering assessment is the final document required to finalize the
non-recourse debt financing for the Thermo Master(TM) plant. It should also
assist us in concluding numerous additional debt financing negotiations for
planned plants to be constructed in North America, including Industrial
Revenue Bonds.''
With over 60 years of combined professional experience in the industry,
the authors of Dillon's published report are senior engineers with doctoral
degrees in Chemical and Environmental Engineering. Headquartered in Canada,

be the subject of a televised feature to be aired during prime time on the
Discovery Channel. Filming was completed on April 14 and final production is
underway for airing sometime in the coming weeks. Thermo Tech(TM) will
formally announce the official air date and time of the program as soon as it
is notified by the show's producers.
