Andre, this one isnt even close,,If the Co. sold everthing that was sold today,,300,000 shares how much money would they have made??? Right, one could buy a used car!!!!They could make a privite placement with me or someone like me with a lettered stock, and not harm the market price...No the Co. is'nt selling but I will make a call and ask.Good luck to you also.......

How is the dog says: Buy on rumor - sell on news !

So a little more was selling than buying - and the price lowers - nothing sinister about that. Do not forget that a lot of people have 20-50% maybe even more up here - Now things are somewhat quiet - So they sell at marketprice at news - hoping/expecting that the good news will soak up their selling.
