Howard Schilit is on CNBC being interviewed by Ron Insana about how to look for accounting irregularities that can be significant warnings to a companies imminent demise.....he is credited with predicting the Cendant demise 1 month ago and is explaining the Cendant(CD) situation and their accounting practices and is being asked to name companies that are in the same situation as Cendant. Unfortunately, he will not divulge the names saying they only go to his subscribers.

That being said, I have heard from someone else on the 'net (and it is hearsay so take it what its worth) that AOL and AMZN are on his list for accounting irregularities.....can anyone confirm this?
