Baird, the annual report says that the barge contracts expire in 1998 and 1999, so I guess they began a few years ago. They all have purchase options given to PDVSA. I think that if PDVSA has the liquidity and it looks as though rates are going up, they will buy all the barges. There must be some economies of scale in operating more than one barge in the same region.

Is anyone stepping up to the plate on ESV today?
