Believe financial performance upside likely in June and September quarters. Two announcements by customers hold promise for upside for Ascend --- believe likely that Qwest, which is purchasing LCI Communications, will begin buying Ascend product and that PSI Net, which is committed to Ascend, will likely increase orders following infusion of cash from debt offering.
