Ok, folks, i hate valuations, it is not my thing. things i like consulting about: Value-Based Management (EVA and such), Activity-Based Costing and Management, Performance Measurement, Balanced Scorecard... so, that being said, i will only do 1 valuation for us...that is the one for DGIV. i will use my company's format and send it out to everyone as soon as i receive all these news releases and financial statements. dwlima PS. please no more private messages for valuations. they take many. many hours to do... they are not as simple as using a PE...that is why PEs in this industry make NO SENSE. You need to estimate future cash flows, a difficult and time-comsuming task.
