Ackerman is much too bearish, but you may be too sanguine. I can see the Dow going down to 6000 or even lower when the bubble bursts.

during the last "correction", when the market was stopped for the day,
It was repeatedly stated that they sold off that much because the could. You remember how the next morning it started down - then did a mighty U-turn.
So lets say 9100-9400 when we start down.
minus 30% 2700 (of 9000).
minus 5% 450 on the next morning
post"crash"= 5850-5950 best case!
If everyone hangs as tough as they say they will. I suspect this is just bs.
