***OT***Linda, re. "window shopping," I don't think this refers to a new exhibit at Rijksmuseum, do you? Nieuwmarkt, perhaps? :-)

Linda (OT)

Well, let's see. Amsterdam is probably the "red light capitol" of the world. Anything and everything goes. Of course you have to pay if you want to play, but the window shopping is free. Women sit in their little windows along the street, scantilly clad, beckoning onlookers to part with a few guilders.

All types of shows are available, which would be illegal in most other parts of the world.

Oh yes, did I mention that drugs are legal also?

Did this whet your appetite or do you want more?

I'm going back on Monday, so if there is anything in particular that you are interested in, let me know and I'll see if it's available.

Hope this helps.

The World has so much to offer, you just have to know where to look!
