You got me curious, so I called Waterhouse Customer Service.

They said that partial executions should be charged the full rate.
$12 for internet.

I asked if I had a 50% execution and the other 50% did not execute the same day, they said the first 50% would be $12.

I told him this is not the case. He said it should be.

Who am I to argue, I get 5-10 partial commissions a month.

However, if he is indeed right, than how does the computer figure out the first commission before it even knows if the rest of the order gets executed. It seems it really should not figure it out as it does now.

So the mystery continues...but in our favor.

I'm sure they know what is happening.
