probably to give their brokers a chance to get clients in the stock...
of course, the institutional clients have probably been in the stock for weeks now (purely speculation, but it's how they usually play the game).

Good question. It was in all the ML office Squawk boxes. My broker called me and I listened to Joe Bellace's squawk box talk. So I can't answer why it did not seem to hit the streets.

Has anybody heard anything from the BARS release today. See Sector Investor's latest post on the "News Only" thread. Seems like we are getting nothing but good news and sitting still price wise. Guest there is a lasting effect from the Q3 problem in this market.

I too had SEEK in the $8's and let it go at $12, thinking a 50% return was not too bad. Wow, did I miss the boat!!! I can't bring myself to buy it now. It seems too pricey. There acquisition in the WSJ today probably is helping today's action. They are buying 2.7 million users, according to my memory of the article.

If I could trade with hindsite, it would be great!!!
