Joe, if it is 2 for 1, you get twice the number of contracts and the strike price is reduced by half. It works the same for any whole number.

If the split is a fractional, like CSCO did 3 for 2, you maintain the same number of contracts, but you get a proportional increase in the number of shares per contract when you exercise (for CSCO, 150 shares per contract), and the strike price is reduced in in accordance with the fraction.
