From WSJ on that: Investors noted that Walter Forbes, the founder and chief executive of CUC and now chairman of Cendant, wasn't present on a brief conference call Mr. Silverman held late Wednesday, nor was Mr. Forbes mentioned in the company release, as he usually is. He couldn't be reached for comment. Any relation to Steve? Now that would make it a really interesting scandal.
