That doesn't make any sense. TLC didn't break any laws, and his posts were for the benefit of SI investors (except for the tout, of course)

And:

1) Woods complained to Jill very nearly as soon as TLC began raising uncomfortable questions.

2) TLC was suspended hours before Woods was. It's not as if Jill bounced both at once for posting "off-topic" material.

3) I think exposing a paid tout is very much On Topic.
