Mohan: Pakistani nuclear bomb is old news. If I remember correctly Pakistani Atomic weapon was developed in early eighties with the active help of the Chinese. What is new is their acquiring SCUD technology from the North Koreans. There is a silver lining in this news. Now the chances of war between India and Pakistan, already remote are practically zero. Kashmir problem the only major lingering issue, will be solved by bilateral negotiation. BTW I like all the URL's about India you have been posting. Please keep up the good work. Best wishes, Jyoti
