Just, thanks for the information. It sure helped me understand ML's rating system. After everything was said, it looks like Kurlak's recommendation had very little, to no affect, on the stock today. It seems that the stock is reacting to market conditions.

That sounds like a weasel type rating to me. It's a implied sell, but if you sell and lose money don't blame me because I said it was a hold. Leaves a lot of room to weasel.
