This company has, under new leadership, delivered what it could not at any time in the past ..... real business that brings in revenue ..... The company is looking for a backer and has retained a M&A firm .... It appears there are more potential orders out there and now the inventor wants a better deal ..... this ain't baseball IT"S business a deal is a deal good luck busting a contract in the real world.

Floorless debentures are not a necessary evil. If the company has
any credibility it could put a floor. Other financing mechanisms
abound.

The main point of my message was not to complain but to look
for when the overhang would be lifted. I think we should all
press management into releasing details about the conversions.

My interest is in the stock going up!
