David, The flip side of leasing property is that Deswell can go anywhere they want at end of the lease. Deswell owns no property and is not a HK/China company. Deswell Industries of Thailand? -g- I think our concerns are unfounded. My conception of the news in China is that the PRC will be making every effort to keep export companies profitable. They want and need the influx of cash to improve the internal economy. Any tax increase that would hamper Deswell's growth is unlikely with the current Asian situation. It is more likely that Deswell will receive additional tax benefits. JMHO, Ron Must be doing something wrong - all my 'F' holdings down hard today.
