You're right... NTST buys are taking way too long to fill; MMs are short! If they just had enough shares, this stock would be a running bull right now. That's why I think that if it doesn't happen before market closing, expect a gap up in the a.m. for sure <VBG>

SLPW news.

I have been following this company for some time. The product is brand new to the U.S.A., but monthly sales in Japan are reportedly $6M monthly and the company says that it is legally mandated for specified fleet vehicles to reduce air pollution. It also won an Australian "Innovative Product of the Year" award in 1997.

A new production plant is nearing completion in Phoenix and fleet testing of the product has been done by a U.S law enforcement agency and a an east coast trucking firm Results show better gas mileage, more power, less wear on parts and reduced emissions.

The company intends and / or has already filed for listing with NASDAQ and intends to being reporting this month. As of two weeks ago there were fewer than 300 investors in the company so it is virtually unknown. The Board of Directors is impressive.

SolPower Fourth Quarter License Sales Reach $4.2 Million

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 16, 1998--Management is pleased to announce the sale of the Solpower Southeast License for $1.2 million.

The Southeast territory includes the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Mississippi. This is the third license to be sold by the company and brings fourth quarter License sales to $4.2 million.

The company is pleased to announce the appointment of Warren Chester of Fountain Valley, Calif. to the company's Technical Division. Chester attended the University of Calif. (Berkeley), Department of Chemistry and after a distinguished career with the Narmco Materials Division, now Cytec, he established his own company and production facility.

He is a specialist in quality control, raw material evaluation and conformance to customer, company and government specifications and qualification of product to new specifications. He has served as plant engineer, moving products from laboratory status to production reality involving equipment and operating procedures, as international marketing manager and as general manager and chief executive officer.

Chester will be advising and assisting the company with all technical aspects of Soltron(TM) production, testing and regulatory compliance.
