I know I don't hold stock any more, and you are seeing the reasons. What future is there for a Y2K only company? What basis is there to say that ALYD can change? And don't mention the EURO.

Good luck.

PS No forget it.

Robert,

Please grow up. I really don't mean that, but the way you are acting makes me wonder. I understand your frustration, but your not going to change anything the way you are acting.

Yes, Bob Gruder must take responsibility for his companies actions as president of the company. But, Bob Gruder doesn't control the business environment that exists in the market place. THE NEW JOKE IN THE OFFICE AT ALYDAAR IS, "LETS ANNOUNCE ANOTHER MAJOR CONTRACT SO THAT WE CAN SEE HOW FAR OUR STOCK CAN GO DOWN THIS TIME."

You wanted revenue, you got it.
You wanted contracts, you got it.
You wanted NASDAQ listing, you got it.
You wanted more contracts, you got it.
You wanted a net profit, you got it.(4/97)
You wanted even more contracts, you got it.
You want a larger net profit, I think you will see it.
You want more major contracts, I think you will see it.
YOU WANT A HIGHER STOCK PRICE, THAT IS NOT GUARRANTEED. The market, market makers and mom & pop decide that. Bob Gruder has produced, but the market makers and you(mom & pop) have not. I'm holding my stock, grow up and hold yours, but there are no guaranties that any stock will go up. TRUTH

Just for the record it looks like you've cut a deal with someone else
such as a mutual fund and are intentionally withholding news that could
make the stock fly. There is know (sic) reason for this kind of volume with
out price fluctuation otherwise. Maybe you're letting them load up at
this price so you don't have to do a secondary offering soon, maybe not.
No one knows for sure except you and a chosen few. If in fact this is
what you are doing then it's WRONG.

I also was curious by today's volume of 132,000, and yet a price fluctuation between only 17 and 17 3/8. Please explain your statement regarding how allowing a mutual fund to obtain it at this price could prevent a secondary offering. Also, IF your charges in post 5666 are true, are they SEC violations?
