Lucretius, you just walk onto the thread and expect everyone to stoke you? I have invested in ASA, but am out now. See the tread: exchange2000.com for some discussion which has included ASA.

Lucretious -

Should we all go back and start our discussion from scratch because you have dropped in and demanded that everyone express an opinion on gold stocks in general and ASA in particular?

We have been attempting to fathom the future of gold for the last 10,000 posts. If you didn't get an immediate response to your query, it might have occurred to you that your question did not strike a strong chord. Do you want to know if we think that gold stocks are headed up? Well, I think that most folks on this thread would respond that yes, they think that at some point gold mining stocks will go up. They may also think at other points that they are going down. We have no idea whatever of your trading habits or preferred time frames. Or did you simply want us all to stop whatever we're doing, and give you some free investment advice?

You might also take the time to read the threads header so you'd have an idea of the preferred scope of discussion. There is a thread for ASA, use the search function of your browser. Failing that, you might actually take the time to read the thread, lurk for a minute before pouncing in and obnoxiously demanding a response. You'd find that there are a number of good folks here who are kind enough to share their work with us on a daily basis, answering exactly the sort of questions that it seems you might have in mind.

I for one won't miss your presence here one bit. You have contributed nothing.
