Linda, you're saying the same thing I am <<<Suddenly the company announced that the drug failed Phase III>>> Vasomax did not "fail phase III"!!! Crucial point - SGP and other firms got to review the phase III data (and phase II, and phase 1, etc.) BEFORE they signed up. There were 3 other firms lined up behind SGP - how can you assume they were all wrong? These firms understand what the FDA is looking for MUCH better than me, or you, or anyone else on this thread. In my previous post to you I realized after the fact that you were saying that I didn't see the data - & that's certainly correct. To use your example - what if that nice guy on the Apple thread knew that Price Waterhouse, after a full audit of Apple, felt there would earnings of a certain level - would you believe him then (assuming all parties were honest)??? SGP's (and 3 others') due diligence was at least the equivalent of a "tax audit" - on Vasomax - and it passed. I think maybe you've been burned a few times (Vivus/Tuna, LIPO) & are kind of down on ZOnagen because there are some similarities. Zonagen is not for the faint hearted - it's VERY risky - no longer a major part of my holdings. But with every positive announcement & every day closer to the filing, it looks better & better. Nothing patentable - patent filed; price being held up by MM's - Oppenheimer out with buy rating. Little by little - or would you prefer - step....by....step....slowly I turned.... Come on - give it up - join the good guys - start with a whisper - {go zona}
