I like the phrase painting the tape as I had not heard it before but if someone were short and wanting to scare someone into selling it would be worth the loss to have it print down at the end. I understand there are a couple million shares short on this so look out. I have learned something about IEC and will share it here. First, the application first up is Neutron Activation Analysis which is useful, among other places, in gold mining...it is accurate to parts per billion from what I have heard...the entire Bre-X scandal could have been avoided by analyzing the ore on-site with this device. It can be used to detect impurities like sulphur in coal etc. Another use when they get the neutron count a little higher will be in cancer therapy. Currently patients must travel vast distances but with this more hospitals can have a neutron source in house..not an inexpensive installation but very useful. And the piece de resistance..and one would need 10,000 times the current currently used and multiple generations of IEC devices, would be the one that produces more energy than you put in. How soon? All I know is that the curve on scientific advance is moving quicker and faster and farther etc and I will bet it will be sooner than we think. At least if one owns shares in this one can feel one is part of something fascinating to say the least. That people play with the stock is another matter and we just have to try to be smarter. Maybe the shorts are just afraid of being nuked.
