Peter appreciate the response. I normally don't mention numbers, but besides the options, I own 3K shares of stock at a much higher price than where we're at. I'm actually up over 12K on the options I sold, but they were sold to cover a loss in the first place, so overall I'm still down on those. I very rarely buy options, and very rarely lose on the ones I sell. Worst case with these I guess is I bump em out a little further, maybe...maybe I'll take a partial loss.

As far as AGPH specifically, there seem to be a lot of questions that only Roche can answer...from a business stand point I find this near impossible to understand and it concerns me. Are they basing foreign sales speculation on Roche? Does Roche control this companies future in terms of foreign Viracept sales? Sounds to me that AGPH has very little control and I somehow got the impression, be it right or wrong, that they don't care.

Another part of the disappointment was simply building myself up for more...not in the way of numbers, but news. Appears I'm not the only one. In fact I seem to represent the sentiment of today anyway. I get the feeling the investment community wants to know another drug is close to justify a higher P/E level. Yes, my disappointment is largely in myself on this one, and the realization that there may not be any hot news for awhile to propel it towards the 50 level. We may be at the mercy of prescription data for a while, and if this slips....well, I'll just hope they have an agreement with another company in place. The only thing that makes me feel a little more comfortable with AGPH is the fact that their product improves and prolongs the quality of a lot of folks lives.

As I've stated here before, in that I do this for a living, and watch all day every day, I can get caught up in the heat or glory of the moment at times. I may or may not have initially overreacted. I may start slowly selling depending on what happens in the next 30 days.

Good luck
