John, I agree with your speculation. It makes every bit of sense that they sat there at the exits collecting the basketballs while the "shorts" unwound their convert hedges in the last few months.

I believe that CUBE's still at the bid on the convert. It is certainly the most effective use of there huge cash position from a capitalization standpoint.
