Marsha McCallum on CNBC at about 3:54 PM said that CYCH was rumored to be the target of a takeover -- nothing else -- everybody buy beer for August West, or is that Sir August West on this one and Tom Lindt -- let's see what management says -- or whether they simply discount the run with a remark like -- "we are unaware of any reason behind the rapid increase in the price of our shares" -- then we will know for sure that the company is in play.
