Tom, I hate to admit, but I think I need to, that with penny stocks, I am primarily a momentum player, riding the waves of the hype and momentum and exiting as soon as I discern the first sign of significant weakness.

The UnderValued Dog, as far as I know, caters mostly to momentum traders. I bought it for a quick trade this morning for two reasons: the rumors of coverage by the afore-mentioned newsletter and the pretty intra-day technical picture (SEMI was around 1 17/32 x 1 9/16 at the time, just a tick above the low of the day with three mms on the bid and little selling pressure, apparently poised for a quick rebounce as it did). I spent less than 3 minutes on my DD, if one can even call that DD, before I reached the decision to buy it.

Your question is well-founded and valid, but it is one I would neither contemplate nor be capable of answering in this case.
I do like the way you research your equities, though, asking pointed questions and willing to do hard work. Keep up the good work.

Kimberly
