Hope is all we have right now.
Until this Judgement is settled, FSCX will trade under a black cloud.
I continue to believe that the company is not signing deals in an effort to get this lawsuit behind it. They can't be held financially responsible for orders that weren't placed before the judgement amount was settled. Good strategy IMO.
And the plaintiff has NOTHING to gain from pushing Madsen to his strategy of last resort. Chapter 11. Something here is better for him than nothing. And the longer it takes to get this resolved, the longer it will take the plaintiff to realize any gain from the settlement, providing of course that the currency involved in this settlement is stock or stock options. (which is truely the only thing that makes sense to either party)
Of course Madsen could drag it out a while longer by appealing, which wouldn't cause us any more pain than we currently feel.
Tic Toc, the clock is moving. Petey, lets get this thing behind us and get going!!
R..

Madsen stated this week that Q4 sales are looking very strong. He said it could be a blow out quarter if the last ten days go well. One lawsuit is close to being settled and hopefully the other one will follow. On a happy note, Pete's son is doing much better.
He had been very sick. Let's wish him well and maybe Madsen will finally do something for his long suffering shareholders.
