Oh come on... not even you could be this hard of hearing! Myriad is SIGNED! The only thing left to do is go next week and make the changes they want to make in their new company. Ira said there are some changes he wants to make in the operation and that is why he's going out. There isn't anything the could go wrong to mess up the deal now unless the Myriad people lied about signing it and putting in a next day air pouch headed for FAMH. FAMH is correctly waiting to release the press release until they have the document actually on their desk. We should get a press release about Myriad tomorrow. Ira said financials will be traded between ATXI and FAMH next week, and copies sent to NASDAQ as well for their blessing. The additional shares outstanding have been issued to buy a slew of small companies. As long as those companies have the profits it shouldn't hurt us a bit... and as Ira pointed out, when we merge with ATXI it will bring the count down to an amount of shares outstanding that is pretty average for a NASDAQ company. Personally I feel everything is completely on track and I'm glad I bought more today.
