John, >>>my saying it had been "fairly" profitable would be akin to my saying that the Pacific Ocean is a "fairly" big pond.<<<

I hope I am not being too disrespectful, but I think you are gloating over dessert when either Tom Kurlak or CNBC was eating your lunch with perhaps false rumors being spread causing Intel share prices to tumble yesterday in the final hours of market activity.

Both Jules B. Garfunkel and Thomas G. Busillo raises some interesting questions that someone should look into.

I am normally one that can take my losses without complaint - but I am sure I'm not the only small investor that was hurt by the very questionable activities that took place yesterday.

The small investor needs protection. Where else can I forward my questions and concerns, to possibly get some answers as to the questionable activities referenced above?

Sincerely,

Mary Cluney

In advertisement, Intel really needs to emphasize the upgradability of Slot-I, from Celeron to 300 MHz+ CPU's, and that Socket-7 is a dead end. It really amazes me, down right disappointment, that intel's marketing is not cashing in on this fact/advantage. I always thought Intel's marketing is the elite.
