Ned: If I read it correctly, it was officially logged in April 10. That is different than saying it was not on track until then. The agent was presumably in negotiations with DHEC before the log in. If that is the case the process was under way, as the company stated. I believe, under the circumstances, it is better to have it logged in and visable even though this may actually retard the discussion process by imposing formal beaurocratic proceedures. My read is that the process is underway as previously announced, and is on track (assuming the questions are readily answered). We would all like to see it expedited, if possible. Regards, Carl
