Just spoke with the company. Financials will be released by next Friday. First quarter financials won't look that great, because the new CEO (appointed in January) has had to do a lot of cleaning up of the books left over from the two officers who departed the company in January. When the numbers do come out, we'll need to separate the bad stuff (one time write-offs and markdowns to assets, etc.) and look for the positive stuff, including large reductions in debt and greatly reduced overhead. The key is that the company is now positioned for a profitable 2nd quarter and beyond. New CFO bio should be out soon. Revenue projections may also be released with or following the financials. 200 cars sold last month. If the average car is sold at $7000, that makes $1.4 million in revenue last month! They have investment bankers that are providing backing for acquisition of dealerships. Pickings are slim, company is being very diligent about selecting partners. Have had discussions with other companies regarding merger. Would prefer to get stock price higher to gain better leverage. Very serious about Nasdaq listing. Several positive news releases (including Rapid Release fax service to 10,000-12,000 people) due out soon. Company plans on keeping the flow of information coming. Talking about other avenues of promotion, including TV commercials. Friday and next couple of weeks should be very exciting for this company. Gator
