3DFX is sickeningly undervalued after today's news. They will probably make at least $300 million in 1998 yet their present market capitalization is only around $400 million (hehe until tomorrow). Is that because their margins suck? Heck no! For a high growth company the gross profit margins are outstanding and they are posting earnings well into positive territory. That is incredible for a firm investing as heavily in R&D as they do.

This is a gem. A sparkling jewel. Arguably it has the potential to become the strongest growth stock of the next decade. I'm excited. And only something like 14% of PC's presently have 3D cards; the growth potential is nearly limitless. I think 3DFX's quarter over quarter growth rates over the next few rounds are going to make even IOM's historical glory days pale in comparison.

Insane earnings out of 3DFX today. In after hours, it has not moved from 28 11/16. This is according to Schwab five minutes ago. Hedged with appropriate options, this has incredible upside potential.
