Key West Securities is a marketmaker in ACRT, and holds a substantial short position as well. Tony Elgindy, the principle behind Key West, has been in unending trouble with the SEC for manipulation and stock fraud. One time he got out of a stiff sentence by pleading he was suffering from a serious mental disorder. His schemes and troubles with the SEC have been well documented in Individual Investor, Business Week, the Wall Street Journal, and take up incredible amounts of links on the SEC website. He is a smalltime loser who is trying desperately to save his butt.

Key West first issued a sell on ACRT after it sunk and stalled at 12. They admitted that they had a short position of 50,000 shares. No explanation was given for the sell. Phone calls to Key West went unanswered. There was nobody home ! Investagation into Key West by our friends over on yahoo showed the Business Week article and their SEC problems. They admit to being mentally insane ! Now they tell everyone to sell after a 3 plus point breakout run. Just shows they haven't cured their mental problems yet.

Note the timing on that news release: One minute before closing. It'll probably give potential--unimformed--longs a reason not to jump in at the opening tomorrow AM. A simple, albeit smart play to kill opening momentum and provide an opportunity to cover their miserable short asses. Once thats over, it should be all up hill. Hang in there you longs. Buy more in your cash accounts tomorrow.

Pray that the shorts add to their short position. The beating will be SAVAGE!
