It's the night before this huge stock reverse split is scheduled to happen and none of the investors know the following: Is the split going to happen. (end of day possibly) What IS the agreement that many signed a proxy on.(release this info to everyone) Is CVIA/WOTD still a worthless shell or does WOTD have lots of profits to benefit all of the investors. Was the first acquisition to be done with say $5mm worth of stock or 1 miilion shares of $6 stock? haha If it takes an entire Quarter to do the first acquisition, are you going to use the Reg S funds to: Setup office (fitup, expenses, furniture, equipment ~$100k for basic office), Compensate executives and employees. (can't even estimate). Remember - the new shell will not look profitable until September-November. Funny that the stock currntly has a market cap of ~600K (REG S $) One last comment - WOTD Your silence says it all.
