Mel, That is probably as accurate a statement as he could make at this point in time. The "deal" at this point is only an agreement to talk, look at the numbers, Play like good children on the playground not kill each other in the process etc. Sounds like a positive first step to me (without the date thrown in). Melviticus, What I was trying to say is that I think we will see news on a written agreement from ATXI / FAMH once they have come to terms. If they reach a agreement, it is possible that we could see the agreement before April 30th. If the final agreement is not nailed down until April 30th, then we might see news on the agreement within a week or so after April 30th. I wanted to indicate that just because the two parties are supposed to come to a definitive agreement by April 30th, that does NOT mean we will have to see a press release by April 30th. I can just hear some of the posters now, if a press release is not out by April 30th, yap, yap ,yap. I just hope that we will all keep our expectations realistic and not be demanding of a press release by April 30th. Cheryl
