The Oppenheimer rec means that someone there thinks there are transactions to be made on ZONA.

Many times, in biotech especially, the "recommendations" are often followed by stock to sell (i.e., an S-3 filing). It has been my experience that s-3's from selling shareholders precede blowups by 3-6 months in the majority of cases. This trick has been employed by NationsBank Montgomery several times, most notably on ALTN and LIPO.

Eg ALTN
1/8/98 NB issues buy rec
1/16/98 S-3 filed
3/19/98 stock loses 60% in one day

Not saying that this will happen with ZONA. But transactions drive these broker recs, as a rule.
