Edward, seems like you have some knowlege of the sector with your interest in the ASND board. were you long or short? Seems like earnings is negative to a none event. R&D for 9 months ending 3/31 was $2.05 per share. Book value excluding 5Mil goodwill is $8.80 per share. Really see it a buy in the 9-10 range now with a hold in the 11-14 area. I became interested in the company after the LU speculation and frankly like what I have seen and heard about technology.
