Being the sort of contrarian I am, with all this belly-aching going on here, XCIT has to be up tomorrow.

We all knew earnings were going to be negative, right? They were not as bad as the analyst even thought.

The Internet is the future and XCIT is going to be part of that future.

Sell if you must, but just remember, stocks that hit $90 usually shortly after hit $100. This has nothing to do with fundementals, it has everything to do with momentum.

Also, I don't think everybody on this board did all the buying and selling in XCIT today....There are HUGE financial institutions buying mega-huge blocks of this stock. Shorts don't be mad at us, you are simply fighting an uphill battle that you have little knowledge about [(ie: the financial scope, scale)] the TOTAL resources in the BILLIONS (man-hours, dollars, etc.) that are being thrown at this internet sector, not just here domestically, but GLOBALLY.

XCIT-ed about tomorrow & keep those chins up,
JR

Why people keep making their judgement based on the earning report today. No matter how good this Q is, the stock will be going down tomorrow for sure anyway. People just need an excuse to sell after this incredible run-up, or hype as you call it, in a few trading days. You may not feel anything even if it drops 10 points tomorrow, because it had been up 40 pts last week. But, what if it falls another 10 pts the next day, and another 10 pts the next day, and ..., just like the way it came up? I bet you will start getting nervous. A panic buying is always followed by a panic selling.
