Thanks for the info. I don't presently own warrants but I was considering it. That was the reason why I was pressing for precise wording of management in that regard. It has been my experience that most companies with expiring warrants issue a non-committal statement, or even slightly negative, but extend them in the end. I have found that it's best not to get caught up in the pros or cons of extension, because I would agree with you on the dilution factor. I like to look at it objectively on what the company situation is and to decide whether the gamble of buying the warrants is worth it. Most growing companies find the allure of the warrant money too tempting to bypass in their growth plans.
