I am 71 years old and have been using Muse with good results for over a year. I am using the 500 mcg strength because the druggist is out of the 250 mcg strength. I suspect that the men who say it doesn't work may have tried too weak a dosage. I have had no unusual side effects but the insertion must be done with care, I usually apply a lubricant to the tube before insertion. This delays the effect a couple of minutes but reduces any possible damage to the urethra.
