I doubt that CCUR could announce anything with ONCO because of
their non disclosure agreement. I got the impression from
Dunleavy that "non disclosure" meant no discussion, period. I
guess ONCO wants to make all announcements themselves. Obviously
they were not happy with CCUR's announcement awhile ago that CCUR
was one of two selected ,and they put the clamps on them.
