HI FRANK, WELL our buddy #59 left his phone number on my private e-mail and stated he works for TREND GAMING SYSTEMS. I wont post his nimber but will call him when I get the time!! A friend of mine that just increased his holdings to 1.2 million over the last few days indicates that this may be in VIOLATION of SI rules. Now, have we had enough of AGTI's competition, taking up our time. I read the SEC 10KSB along with the resiganation and appointment of NEIL JENKINS and now THOMAS NIEMAN is THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD!!! THIS IS WHAT WE WANT!!! JENKINS WA EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT/ CORPORATE SECRETARY/ GENERAL COUNSEL FOR BALLY MANUFACTURING CORP, 2 BILLION DOLLOR FORTUNE 500 COMPANY, CO-ORDINATING WORLDWIDE ACQUISITIONS DIRECTING LEGAL MATTERS.FURTHERMORE HIS RESPONCIBILITIES INCLUDED COORDINATING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND LICENSING MATTERS IN THE GAMING BUSINESS ON A INTERNATIONAL BASIS. HE IS A GRADUATE OF BROWN AND LOYOLA UNIVERSITY AND WAS A MEMEBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES PRACTISING AND REGULATING GAMING THROUGH THE WORLD!!! HELLO, IS ANY ONE HOME!!!!! DO YOU THINK THIS WAS AN ACCIDENT OR ANOTHER THOMAS NIEMAN MOVE ON BUILDING A SOLID COMPANY!!! AWESOME CREDENTIALS ON ALL THE OFFICERS!!!! Frank, It matters little to me whether you believe anything about me, though I have been extremely forthcoming as to who I am. The information I have posted has been accurate and timely. What have you offered to the thread recently? You and a few of your associates are more interested in attacking me for stating facts and providing actual useful information, than offering anything constructive yourselves. Questions: 1. How many units has BTC placed and what new revenue will this bring in to AGTI? 2. What amount of revenue will come to AGTI from the units transferred to BTC? 3. How many MaxLite units have been shipped to K & B? 4. Why did the company reduce the option priced of managements shares from $.26 - $.30 per share down to less than $.06 per share? I have previously stated that the new management is a good move, though I do not have any personal information regarding the new team. Something to think about. If you were a hall manager making a big decision about installing new technology, would you be interested in the financial stability of the various vendors? tgs59
