Could you say more about this indicator? Where does the
denominator of 20 come from? Is it Intel's growth rate
averaged over the last five years? Normally percentages
are not averagable.

Put your analysis on the inclinded benchmarket of the overall market.
The market average PE is similar to INTC, but the market average EPS
growth is much lower. It would seem that INTC presents
the investor with low down side risk and large upward potential
in a highly risky market.
