Hello Webster,

The 10K text relating to the warrants is below. What it actually says is that some 639,000 warrants were exercised. The total number of warrants issued is still unknown at this point.

regards

Allen

In September 1997 the Company amended the terms of its Series A Redeemable Common Stock Purchase Warrants. Pursuant to the amendment, (i) the exercise price of the Warrant was reduced from $4.50 to $3.00, and (ii) upon payment of the $3.00 exercise price, the Company would issue two shares of Common Stock, resulting in an effective exercise price of $1.50 per share. These terms were available until December 16, 1997. At December 31, 1997, 639,107 warrants were exercised and the Company received $1,917,000 in gross proceeds. The Company believes that these funds, together with revenue from operations will be sufficient to enable it to operate without additional funds for at least through 1998.
