3.5MM priced tonight at $24 for trade tomorrow (as earlier reported here). Revised expected range was $18-$20.

I'm guessing we open in the $40s-$50s. Likely will be an order imbalance and won't open for a number of hours into the trading day.

With regard to IPOs and Waterhouse WebBroker I believe:
(1):you cannot put in an on-line order until the stock starts trading, and even then there may be a delay
(2):if you want to get in on the early action you need to call a Waterhouse office, and put in a verbal order (and pay the higher fee). They may or may not have an indication as to whether the offering is going to take place on that day if you call before the market opens, and possibly may only find out during the morning after opening, and only then, if the symbol is not changed just prior to the offering, will they take the order.

However, if the offering is announced the night before you may be able to get in on the action on-line.
Well this has been my experience this week, re:BRCM

I guess a full- service broker would do the minding for you.

I suspect this is a problem with all the "discount" on-line trading avenues but would like to know if anyone on the thread has had a better early IPO experience via this route.

Good luck to all the poachers!
