I think this is great news regardless of what happens tomorrow:

- moving Interline to Silicon Valley is a good idea for many reasons but if nothing else it should increase investor awareness of Interline over the coming months.

- adding Hyundai Information Technologies as an affiliate, a positive.

- could this move be a precursor to OZEMY spinning off the Interline division? I think an Interline spinoff would be a plus for investors. The core ISP business would probably show increased profitability (apparently the investments made into Interline have dragged down profits for OZEMY). I would imagine that a Silicon Valley based pure internet telephony play would be well received by the Street.

IMO, there is still not alot of investor awareness about OZEMY and I believe it is still widely perceived as just an Australian ISP. With Interline's recent announcements regarding Cisco, availability in 200 countries, and the move to Silicon Valley it is obvious that there is much more to OZEMY than just the ISP business ( and don't forget data broadcasting!)
