Make an acquisition to mask declines in underlying growth? I've never seen that done. How about that comment about DMG shopping vantive to Sebl, does that seem plausible?

Vantive Inc. per Tom from what I got out of the the conference recognizes Vantive as using a lot of its $$$ to compete with customers for SFA and it has been paying off for Vantive Inc. A few questions where directed towards the interbreeding of scop/sebl. Tom said the marriage is smooth and all is just peachy. Customers feal a lot more secure knowing they have a stronger foundation to rely on.I really got lost when tom implied within the next two years the competition will change.
