forgive my scepticism but i think the release was extremely negative and i think the market will react that way .they have presented no evidence of commercial quantities of gas .the line about further negatiations with partners is just a way of stringing along the pidgeons a little bit longer so more insider sales can be completed this opinion is further strengthened by the mention of turkey which is probably a turkey also but basically designed to give a little hope to allow more insider sales .those on the inside have made a tidy profit ,buy at 35 c or lower and sell at over a dollar ,dont annunce disappointing news of first well .stock goes back to 45cents buy back and sell above a dollar again ,this makes for a 6 bagger with basically no good news released. also an extremely negative indicator is the sentiment on the board virtually every other baord on si where people start dreaming of riches and foreign vacations have had their dreams turn to dust .this is based on bitter experience .in my opinion its a sell right now .if they actually have anything which i doubt they wont have the money to develope it and the senior partner will be in the driving seat .anyway i think its all hot air that they have found .i wonder how much insider selling there has been and when the clk restricted shares at 35 cents come due ? im sure that info is somewhere .good luck with your dreams. arh

Your points on confidentiality are well put...this would prevent public
disclosure until an agreement is awarded and signed.
That should be completed shortly...

Some other thoughts
If you have something of substance...have drilled for core samples...
have presented to majors...and are evaluating letters of intent....and
have a signed agreement......
There is no inherant reason to keep the findings quiet.

This is what I am hoping for...a technical geological statement of fact.

Present your technical work and enjoy the accolades for your success and
enrich the geological community on coal bed methane structures.

90% of what you wrote is conjecture....all possible, but still conjecture.
There is nothing that prevents the disclosure of geological information.
This managment at some point *must* present its geological findings...
as a public company - to it's share holders. Period.....

The longer that process is delayed...beyond legal confidentiality
requirements...one must question the credibility of the findings and
wonder if the original play hasn't somehow changed.

There are a whole other series of investors that only enter *after* the
field has been explored and proven....these are big players and are
probably already well aware of this adventure here in Whatnow County.
Only substantial geological presentations bring these buyers into
view and just get carried along.

I have invested in a series of exploration companies since the 80's....all
drilling for something of value. I've followed drilling rigs daily
going down 3 miles only to have earthquakes create rat-nests and destroy
the project. Oil rigs hit good production holes that crumble from unstable
clay walls. I've followed companies that hit 3000 bopd...I've followed
7 Seas from $3.00 to $32.00.......

But all had one thing in common....when a hole was drilled the results
were available to the share holders....almost daily and atleast within
a few weeks....it was no big deal.

The only times that I have felt *snookered* is from silence.
Each one of those silent companies are still looking for their potential.

I encourage ERB/SIR to attend the May convention and present their
geological work and enjoy themselves. Also to make it available to their
public shareholders....via a published technical report.

If we have to wait until August for another drilling and another news
release with no technical confirmation...
